Notification of CACVT Job Board Update- Please Read

Effective 1/1/2021, the Equal Pay Transparency Rules, 7 CCR 1103-13, Rule 4 creates mandatory requirements for job postings in Colorado.

Please see this link for the full list of adopted rules but in summary, here are the new job posting requirements:
All job postings, including but not limited to promotions: An employer is required to “disclose in each posting for each job the hourly or salary compensation, or a range of hourly or the salary compensation, and a general description of all of the benefits and other compensation to be offered to the hired applicant". It is no longer lawful to only list negotiable or depends on experience, or leave salary information blank.

Please verify your current and future job postings include the new requirements. Any postings failing to meet the mandatory requirements will be removed from CACVT Connect: Job Board as of 1/1/21.
