Not Receiving Updates?

CACVT delivers important organizational information electronically. Here are some great ways to stay connected:

To check for any past or missed communications, login to your profile on and click My profile under your name tag. On the next page, click the “my profile” tab to see a dropdown menu, and click on message history. 

Tips for making sure CACVT communication reaches your inbox:

1. You must have a valid email address on file with CACVT. If you wish to verify or update your contact information please log into your Member Profile.

2. Verify your Contact Preferences in your Member Profile by logging in, clicking on Update your Profile (to the left of the name tag), hovering over My Profile on the top left of the page, and selecting Contact Preferences.

3. Ensure that memberclicks-mail.net[email protected], and [email protected] are marked as SAFE SENDERS.

4. Be sure to check your Programs, Junk, and Spam folders for missed email.

5. Make sure your inbox isn't full.  Emails will not be delivered if your inbox is full.

6. If at any point you unsubscribe from a CACVT email communication you will have blocked yourself from all email correspondence; you are still responsible for awareness of distributed content, and must then seek this information at cacvt.org.

Updating your contact information through your Member Profile

This process has never been easier! Simply log into your profile using the Member Login button at the top of the page. Once you're logged into your account, click on Update your Profile to the left of the name tag. From there, you'll be able to update all of your contact information.
